Ch or K for the Jewish Winter Holiday?
Even though my family raised me Jewish, and I should understand these things, to this day I cannot fathom having more than one way to spell this winter holiday. For the love of potato latkes, would somebody just take a vote already? Reminds me of catsup vs ketchup. At least those two words are spoken differently. but not the holiday. I vote for the ch spelling as it is easier to remember for most people. what do you think?
